G Star Korea is Korea’s biggest trade fair for interactive games and entertainment – so of course, we wouldn’t miss it! In 2017, the scale was the largest ever with 2,857 booths from 676 companies in 35 countries attending, and more than 220,000 people visiting the event. G-STAR 2018 will be a hub for the global gaming market and a venue for launching new games, as well as a festival where participants can both do business and experience the culture of gaming.
At the yearly conference, we’ll be introduced to the newest gaming titles and trends. Plus, as any game lover will attest, there will be no shortage of cosplays to keep attendees entertained. This year also happens to be the 10 year celebration, so we expect there will be some fun surprises in store. Some of the key events include domestic and overseas gaming exhibitions (BTC), business consulting booths (BTB), conferences, investment market, recruitment fair, and game award ceremonies.
As mobile advertisers working with a number of well-established and respected partners in this vertical, and following our recent expansion into APAC, we’re also looking forward to meeting all sorts of gaming companies in the South Korean region, ranging from the more established to indie developer. With the Korea Game Award taking place at the event, we’re excited to make some new acquaintances.
